The incidences of Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia are sadly becoming more and more common and are developing in people at a younger age. Many experts believe that this is due to the modern diet which is short on essential nutrients and high in contaminants such as preservatives and chemical flavoring. Exposure to other day to day environmental factors also plays a role.

Your brain is primarily composed of DHA and ALA is a simpler Omega 3 and the body has a great deal of difficulty converting it to DHA.
