This month is all about heart health. It’s a subject that has affected my own family as both my parents suffered from heart disease.

When I started Xtend-Life 18 years ago, I was on a mission to find extra years of vibrant health. Our fish oil product, Omega 3/QH Ultra, was developed because I was looking for a way to escape the heart troubles I expected to inherit.

We’ve achieved this by including a very potent and bioavailable form of Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinol) alongside our fish oil that helps power a healthy heart and circulatory system. CoQ10 depletes as we age. By the age of 40, our levels are about half of what they were when we were 20.

I’ve been taking four soft gels every day since we developed this product. I believe this, along with Total Balance, has kept my heart and circulatory system at youthful levels. I’m now 70 and my blood pressure is 115/65 I don’t have any of the heart and circulatory issues that my parents had.
