Hi ,
If you’re getting up in years like I am, I’m sure you’ll appreciate the importance of being fit and having plenty of energy to enjoy each day. As we age, we need to be more conscious of taking care of our bodies to avoid the degenerative diseases so many older people are inflicted with. Most of them are completely avoidable. I find it sad when I see so many people even younger than me suffering from these problems.
These effects of aging can be avoided if a bit of effort is made. You don’t have to go to the gym every day or be a health nut, but you do have to keep your body moving. A brisk 20 minute walk each day and using weights two or three times a week is all it takes. This is important for your bones and overall movement.
I don’t go over the top with my exercise but I listen to my body’s needs. As well as making sure I eat well 90 percent of the time, the supplements I use help protect me from these age-related problems. I take Total Balance, Omega 3 / QH Ultra and Kiwi-Klenz every day. I have no aches and pains, I travel over 250,000 miles a year, and I spend time offshore single-handed on my yacht. Many of our customers, both younger and older, follow a similar regime, and they’re also enjoying their later years free of the common ailments that befall so many people as they age.
So, get out your walking shoes and if you don’t already, try to figure out how you can get in some workouts with weights. In this newsletter, you will find a number of handy hints that can help improve your fitness and energy levels. Don’t accept that getting older means living with discomfort
In good health,
