What does your vision of healthy aging look like? Wrinkle-free skin? Maintaining a good golf handicap in your eighties? Everyone’s perception of healthy aging is different. Although our goals may vary, I think we all want to maintain good health in our twilight years.

Fortunately, the behaviours that will keep us healthy as we age are the same factors that promote good health throughout our lives:
