DARE TO TRY KIWI FRUIT!!

Do you know what can keep you attractive no matter how old you are? The April's issue of E-news has told you that good looks are the result of having good overall health. The first important step to good health is having a good digestive system.

If you face problems with digestion, suffer from constipation or just want to be good-looking and stay in shape, we dare you to try... Kiwi Fruit food supplement! It is extracted from kiwis which are full of natural enzymes, soluble fiber and good microorganisms from phenolic acids and prebiotic, which help improve your digestion and prevent constipation.

"A good digestive system is extremely important."  and is not out of your reach.

Professor Satit Indrakamhaeng from Cheewajit Magazine said this of the digestive system: It is the most important system in the human body, as it involves the food we eat which builds up our blood and flesh. stimulates growth and gives life. Notably, the immunity system is one of the systems which rely on digesion.

In the complete digestive process, food which is throughly chewed is taken into the stomach, where proteins are digested ba acid, and passes through to the small intestine, where all other foods are digested and nutrients are absorbed into the circulatory system. finally, leftover fiber and waste are transported out through the large intestine.

If the digestive system does not work properly, nutrients, especially proteins, will turn into toxins and spread to parts of body when absorbed into the bloodstream. Toxic accumulation may cause you serious diseases. Therefore, maintaining good health by eating excellent food is of no use unless your digestive system works well.

Suwinai Butsarakhamwong, an internist of Kluaynamthai 1 Hospital has revealed easy tips to improve the digestive system:

1. Have your meals on time and chew your food well to reduce gastric acid secretion and stomach contractions, which results in more work for the stomach and a chance of peptic ulcer disease.

2. Have meals with nutritional fiber, since it stimulates the digestive and excretory system. There are two types of nutritional fibers, which are:

  •  Insoluble fiber works like a broom by “sweeping” away toxics in the digestive system. Foods with insoluble fiber are broccoli, cabbage, celery and green leafy vegetables.
  • Soluble fiber slows and reduces the fat absorption, allowing your body to get fewer calories from fat. Moreover, it traps toxin for excretion and helps the intestines function well. Foods with soluble fiber are apple, apricot, banana, carrot, kiwi and potato.

3. Get probiotics. Although they are usually in your body to help with digestion, some suffer from a lack of probiotics, which brings about unfavorable issues with the digestive system – noticeable by constipation symptoms. Kiwi is definitely one of the most amazing fruits. It is full of soluble nutritional fibers, as well as prebiotics, which is a food ingredient that stimulates the growth and/or activity of bacteria in your digestive system to allow for better absorption of nutrients.

4. Drink enough water, because water is a good lubricant and medium for any activity in your body. Water also facilitates the digestive process. You will see that if you drink less water, you will usually suffer from constipation as the digestive system will not be able to work well.

If you have a good digestive system and chew your food thoroughly, you can:  gain great health, get rid of toxins, and have a good immune system and radiant skin. Good excretion could lead to flat abdominals without ever having to be potbellied even when you get older! Now can you see that good looks and a good body shape are attainable as long as you manage your eating behaviors!!
