There is much that I could say about the year just finishing, but it is what it is. We have managed OK thanks to the support of our many thousands of loyal customers for which all of us here at Xtend-Life are truly grateful.
We began the year with the launch of CX8, our cardio-support product developed to address a blind spot that I (and most Doctors) have. My health has been great, and the markers on the standard medical tests showed I was in great shape.
But there was a hidden problem.

The year ended on a high with a fantastic response to our Cyber-Week promotion. I was especially pleased to see so many of our customers discovering, or rediscovering our skincare range. We've had a lot of delighted feedback on how our cleansers, creams and serums are making customers look and feel as good on the outside as our supplements do on the inside.
Speaking of supplements, we didn't anticipate the incredible demand for them over the period and as a result, we had to release our new generation Total Balance Premium Men's and Women's partway through Cyber week. That created some problems and I apologize for any inconvenience for customers who were affected.
This is our ninth generation of Total Balance Premium and there will be a lot more information coming out about the changes and new ingredients early in the new year.
Although some of the changes were subtle they were significant and will have a marked improvement in the efficacy of Total Balance. Also, the move to the larger bottle size with twice the number of tablets (now a 30-day supply) is a welcomed change as it helps keep things consistent between the Premium and Standard versions.
Although the changes/upgrades in ingredients have added additional cost we have absorbed those and reduced the overall price a little to reflect the savings in the bottles and labels.
The changes to the Unisex Premium version are not all that far away and the Standard versions will also have changes during the first half of next year.
As we look forward to 2021, there are plenty more exciting changes ahead, all made with health and wellness at the forefront. These include the latest results from our CX8 cardio-support testing and a brand-new product we're releasing made with pure New Zealand ingredients.
